酪酸梭菌二联活菌散联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿腹泻的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探究酪酸梭菌二联活菌散联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿腹泻的效果。方法:选取2020年1月—2023年12月于定西市人民医院接受治疗的100例腹泻患儿作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,各50例。对照组接受蒙脱石散剂治疗,试验组接受酪酸梭菌二联活菌散与蒙脱石散联合治疗。比较两组临床疗效、临床症状恢复时间、不良反应发生情况。结果:试验组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);试验组大便次数恢复正常时间、大便性状恢复正常时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:酪酸梭菌活菌颗粒联合蒙脱石散剂治疗小儿腹泻的效果较好,能够改善腹泻症状,安全性好。Objective:To explore the efficacy of Clostridium butyricum live bacteria powder combined with montmorillonite powder in the treatment of diarrhea in children.Methods:A total of one hundred children with diarrhea who received treatment in Dingxi People's Hospital from January 2020 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into control group and experimental group by random number table method,with fifty cases in each group.The control group was treated with montmorillonite powder,and the experimental group was treated with Clostridium butyricum live bacteria powder combined with montmorillonite powder.The clinical efficacy,recovery time of clinical symptoms and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The time to return to normal stool frequency and stool characteristics in experimental group was shorter than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Clostridium butyricum live bacteria granule combined with montmorillonite powder is effective in the treatment of diarrhea in children,can improve the symptoms of diarrhea and has good safety.
