自拟天妙降压化浊汤治疗阴虚湿热型H型高血压合并高脂血症的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:分析自拟天妙降压化浊汤治疗阴虚湿热型H型高血压合并高脂血症的临床效果。方法:选取2023年1月—2024年1月陆丰市人民医院收治的67例H型高血压合并高脂血症患者,应用随机数字表法分为对照组(33例)和观察组(34例)。对照组采用阿托伐他汀钙片、马来酸依那普利叶酸片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合自拟天妙降压化浊汤治疗。对比两组临床疗效、血压指标、血脂指标、不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P=0.028);治疗后,两组舒张压、收缩压水平降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组甘油三酯、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平降低,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平升高,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:自拟天妙降压化浊汤在阴虚湿热型H型高血压合并高脂血症患者中的应用效果较好,能够进一步降低患者的血压、血脂水平,且保证用药安全性。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of Tianmiao Jiangya Huazhuo decoction on Yin deficiency damp-heat type H-type hypertension combined with hyperlipidemia.Methods:Sixty-seven patients with H-type hypertension combined with hyperlipidemia admitted to Lufeng People's Hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected and divided into control group(33 cases)and observation group(34 cases)by random number table method.The control group was treated with atorvastatin calcium tablets and enalapril maleate folic acid tablets,and the observation group was treated with Tianmiao Jiangya Huazhuo decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,blood pressure index,blood lipid index and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P=0.028).After treatment,the diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure of both groups were decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of triglyceride,total cholesterol and low density lipoprotein cholesterol were decreased,and the levels of high density lipoprotein cholesterol were increased,and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of Tianmiao Jiangya Huazhuo decoction in Yin deficiency damp-heat type H-type hypertension patients with hyperlipidemia is good,which can further reduce the blood pressure and lipid level of patients,and ensure the safety of medication.
