参附注射液穴位注射结合针刺治疗非糜烂性胃食管反流病的效果

摘　　要：目的:观察参附注射液穴位注射结合针刺治疗非糜烂性胃食管反流病(NERD)的临床效果。方法:选取2022年6月—2024年5月于柳州市中西医结合医院门诊就诊的62例NERD患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各31例。对照组给予针刺治疗,观察组在针刺治疗的基础上进行参附注射液穴位注射治疗。比较两组疗效、中医症状积分和胃食管反流病量表(GERDQ)评分。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。治疗前,两组反酸、胸痛、上腹痛、嗳气、消化不良评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组反酸、胸痛、上腹痛、嗳气、消化不良评分降低,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组GERDQ评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组GERDQ评分降低,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:穴位注射参附注射液结合针刺疗法治疗NERD能够提高疗效,明显缓解患者的反酸、胸痛、上腹痛、嗳气和消化不良等症状。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of acupoint injection of Shenfu injection combined with acupuncture in the treatment of non-erosive gastroesophageal reflux disease(NERD).Methods:A total of 62 patients with NERD who visited the outpatient clinic of Liuzhou Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from June 2022 to May 2024 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random number table method,with 31 cases in each group.The control group was given acupuncture treatment,and the observation group was given acupoint injection of Shenfu injection on the basis of acupuncture treatment.The efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine symptom score and Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease Questionnaire(GERDQ)score were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the scores of acid reflux,chest pain,epigastric pain,belching,and dyspepsia between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of acid reflux,chest pain,epigastric pain,belching,and dyspepsia in the two groups decreased,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the GERDQ scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores in the two groups decreased,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.001).Conclusion:Acupoint injection of Shenfu injection combined with acupuncture therapy can improve the efficacy of NERD and significantly relieve the symptoms of acid reflux,chest pain,epigastric pain,belching,and dyspepsia in patients.
