马应龙麝香痔疮膏联合地奥司明片治疗痔疮患者术后水肿的效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨马应龙麝香痔疮膏联合地奥司明片治疗痔疮患者术后水肿的效果。方法:选取2022年8月—2023年8月滕州市西岗中心卫生院收治的80例痔疮术后水肿患者,依据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组采用地奥司明片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合马应龙麝香痔疮膏治疗。比较两组临床疗效、创面恢复情况、肛周疼痛情况、应激指标水平。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P=0.035);观察组创面水肿消失时间、创面愈合时间短于对照组(P<0.001);治疗后,两组疼痛评分降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.001);治疗后,两组血清去甲肾上腺素、皮质醇水平降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:马应龙麝香痔疮膏联合地奥司明片治疗痔疮患者术后水肿的效果较好,可有效减轻水肿,缓解术后疼痛,改善机体应激指标水平,促进创面恢复。Objective:To investigate the effect of Mayinglong Musk hemorrhoid ointment combined with Diossmin tablet in treating postoperative edema of hemorrhoids.Methods:A total of eighty patients with edema after hemorrhoids treated in Tengzhou Xigang Central Health Center from August 2022 to August 2023 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with forty cases in each group.The control group was treated with Diossmin tablets,and the observation group was treated with Mayinglong Musk hemorrhoid ointment on the basis of control group.The clinical efficacy,wound recovery,perianal pain and stress index were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P=0.035).The time of wound edema disappearance and wound healing in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.001).After treatment,the pain score of both groups decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.001).After treatment,the serum levels of norepinephrine and cortisol in both groups were decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Mayinglong Musk hemorrhoid ointment combined with Diossmin tablet has a good effect in the treatment of postoperative edema in patients with hemorrhoids,which can effectively reduce edema,relieve postoperative pain,improve the level of body stress index and promote wound recovery.
