滋阴降火凉血汤治疗女童特发性中枢性性早熟的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析滋阴降火凉血汤治疗女童特发性中枢性性早熟的效果。方法:选取2019年2月—2022年2月常州市中医医院儿科接诊的80例特发性中枢性性早熟女童为研究对象,随机分为对照组与研究组,各40例。对照组行常规治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合滋阴降火凉血汤治疗。对比两组治疗效果、血清性激素水平、第二性征发育指标。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P=0.025)。治疗前,两组雌激素(E_(2))、促黄体生成素(LH)、促卵泡生成素(FSH)水平对比,无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组E_(2)、LH、FSH水平降低,研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组乳腺体积、子宫容积、卵巢容积、卵泡直径对比,无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组乳腺体积、子宫容积、卵巢容积缩小,卵泡直径减小,研究组小于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:滋阴降火凉血汤治疗女童特发性中枢性性早熟效果显著,可降低性激素水平,促进第二性征发育指标改善。Objective:To analyze the effect of Ziyin Jianghuo Liangxue decoction in the treatment of idiopathic central precocious puberty in girls.Methods:A total of 80 girls with idiopathic central precocious puberty admitted to the Department of Pediatrics,Changzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2019 to February 2022 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and a study group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,and the study group was treated with Ziyin Jianghuo Liangxue decoction on the basis of the control group.The treatment effect,serum sex hormone levels,and secondary sexual characteristics development indicators of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P=0.025).Before treatment,there was no statistical difference in the levels of estrogen(E_(2)),luteinizing hormone(LH),and follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of E_(2),LH,and FSH in the two groups decreased,and the levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistical difference in breast volume,uterine volume,ovarian volume,and follicle diameter between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the breast volume,uterine volume,and ovarian volume of the two groups decreased,and the follicle diameter decreased,and the study group was smaller than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ziyin Jianghuo Liangxue Decoction has a significant effect on the treatment of idiopathic central precocious puberty in girls,can reduce the level of sex hormones,and promote the improvement of secondary sexual characteristics development indicators.
