耳穴压豆联合情志疏导在血液透析伴睡眠障碍患者中的干预效果

摘　　要：目的:探究耳穴压豆联合情志疏导在血液透析伴睡眠障碍患者中的干预效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2024年4月惠州市第六人民医院收治的血液透析伴睡眠障碍患者120例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与试验组,每组60例。对照组接受常规护理,试验组在对照组基础上接受耳穴压豆联合情志疏导护理。对比两组匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表、焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分。结果:干预后,两组睡眠质量、入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠效率、睡眠紊乱、辅助药物、日间功能障碍评分及匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表总分降低,试验组比对照组低(P<0.05);干预后,两组焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分降低,试验组比对照组低(P<0.05)。结论:耳穴压豆联合情志疏导能够提高血液透析伴睡眠障碍患者的睡眠质量,改善不良情绪。Objective:To explore the intervention effect of auricular point compression and emotional guidance in patients with sleep disorders during hemodialysis.Methods:A total of one hundred and twenty hemodialysis patients with sleep disorders admitted to Huizhou Sixth People's Hospital from January 2022 to April 2024 were selected and divided into control group and experimental group by random number table method,with sixty cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the experimental group received auricular point compression and emotional guidance nursing on the basis of the control group.The scores of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index,Self-rating Anxiety Scale and Self-rating Depression Scale were compared between the two groups.Results:After the intervention,the scores of sleep quality,sleep time,sleep efficiency,sleep disturbance,adjuvant drugs,daytime dysfunction and the total score of Pittsburgh sleep quality index were decreased in both groups,and the experimental group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of Self-rating Anxiety Scale and Self-rating Depression scale decreased in both groups,and the experimental group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Auricular point compression and emotional guidance can improve the sleep quality and improve the bad mood of patients with sleep disorders in hemodialysis.
