摘  要:目的:探讨基于赋权理论的健康教育干预在桡骨远端骨折患儿中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年6月—2023年6月深圳平乐骨伤科医院收治的60例桡骨远端骨折患儿进行研究,以随机数字法分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组进行常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上进行基于赋权理论的健康教育干预。对比两组依从性和生活质量。结果:观察组依从性高于对照组(P=0.011)。干预前,两组生理功能、躯体功能及精神活力评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组生理功能、躯体功能及精神活力评分升高,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:以赋权理论为指导的健康教育能够提高桡骨远端骨折患儿的依从性,提高其生活质量。Objective:To explore the effect of health education intervention based on empowerment theory in children with distal radius fracture.Methods:A total of 60 children with distal radius fracture admitted to Shenzhen Pingle Orthopedic Hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected for the study and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received health education intervention based on empowerment theory on the basis of the control group.The compliance and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results:The compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P=0.011).Before the intervention,there was no significant difference in the scores of physiological function,physical function and mental vitality between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the scores of physiological function,physical function and mental vitality of the two groups increased,and the scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Health education guided by empowerment theory can improve the compliance of children with distal radius fractures and improve their quality of life.
