摘　　要：目的:分析针对性护理在痤疮患者果酸换肤治疗中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年12月于南京医科大学附属淮安第一医院进行果酸换肤治疗的痤疮患者78例作为研究对象,按照简单随机抽样法分为对照组和观察组,各39例。对照组予以常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上予以针对性护理干预。比较两组临床疗效、心理状态[焦虑自评量表(SAS)及抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分]与不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P=0.033)。护理前,两组SAS及SDS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组SAS及SDS评分降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P=0.023)。结论:针对性护理应用于痤疮患者果酸换肤治疗中有积极意义,可提高治疗效果,缓解不良心理情绪,降低不良反应发生率。Objective:To analyze the effect of targeted nursing in the treatment of acne patients with fruit acid resurfacing.Methods:A total of seventy-eight acne patients who underwent fruit acid resurfacing treatment in Huai'an First Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing Medical University from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to simple random sampling method,with thirty-nine cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given targeted nursing intervention based on the control group.The clinical efficacy,mental state[Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)score]and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P=0.033).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,SAS and SDS scores of both groups were decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than that in control group(P=0.023).Conclusion:The application of targeted nursing in the treatment of acne patients with fruit acid resurfacing has positive significance,which can improve the treatment effect,relieve adverse psychological emotions,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
