安宁疗护在晚期老年食管癌患者中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析安宁疗护对晚期老年食管癌患者癌因性疲乏及应激反应的影响。方法:选取2022年12月—2023年12月南京医科大学附属淮安市第一人民医院收治的70例晚期老年食管癌患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为常规组(35例)与研究组(35例)。常规组采用常规护理,研究组在常规护理基础上采用安宁疗护。比较两组Piper疲乏量表、心理应激压力量表评分。结果:干预后,两组感受、认知、行为、情感评分降低,研究组低于常规组(P<0.05);干预后,两组行为反应、躯体反应、情绪反应评分及总分降低,研究组低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:对晚期老年食管癌患者实施安宁疗护,可有效减轻患者的癌因性疲乏及心理应激反应。Objective:To analyze the effects of hospice care on cancer-related fatigue and stress response in elderly patients with advanced esophageal cancer.Methods:Seventy elderly patients with advanced esophageal cancer admitted to Huai'an First People's Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing Medical University from December 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into routine group(35 cases)and study group(35 cases)by random number table method.The routine group was treated with routine nursing,and the study group was treated with hospice care on the basis of routine nursing.Piper Fatigue Scale and psychological stress scale were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the scores of feeling,cognition,behavior and emotion in two groups decreased,the study group were lower than those in the routine group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of behavioral response,physical response,emotional response and total score of the two groups were decreased,and the study group was lower than the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hospice care for elderly patients with advanced esophageal cancer can effectively reduce cancer-related fatigue and psychological stress.
