城市发展带建设用地和蓝绿空间时空演替特征研究——以沈大城市发展带为例

摘  要:选取沈大城市发展带为研究区,按照“渗透效应—用地扩张—生态胁迫—空间演替”的理论分析框架,基于2001—2021年土地利用遥感影像数据,描述建设用地与蓝绿空间演替特征,研判模式区域分异。研究发现:沈大城市发展带建设用地与蓝绿空间演替存在3种模式差异,城乡渗透效应在不同城市间的作用方式具有多样性;研究区建设用地以海陆双向扩张的方式实现对蓝绿空间的侵占,城乡渗透效应通过刺激土地利用需求驱动建设用地扩张并逐渐对生态环境产生胁迫压力;研究区在增长秩序趋于稳定的背景下面临的蓝绿空间景观格局破碎压力大于发展机遇,城乡渗透效应与城镇发展阶段存在复杂的影响关系。基于以上研究,对东北地区的城镇化发展逻辑进行重新认识,为东北地区在存量规划背景下的国土空间规划编制与高质量发展转型提供科学参考与准确建议。Using the analytical framework of"infiltration effect,land use expansion,ecological threat,spatial succession",Shenyang-Dalian urban development belt is taken as the research object to illustrate the succession characteristics of construction land and blue-green space,and to study their regional model differentiation based on the remote sensing images from 2001 to 2021.The research finds that:there are three patterns in the succession of construction land and blue-green space,and urbanrural infiltration effect is varied in different cities;construction land encroaches blue-green space from both land and sea,and urban-rural infiltration effect stimulates land use demand for construction,posing threat to ecological environment;the pressure of blue-green space fragmentation weighs over its development opportunity in a stabilizing growth order,and there is a complex interaction between urban-rural infiltration effect and urban development stage.The urban development logic in northeastern China is re-conceptualized,and suggestions for the compilation of territorial spatial planning and transformation towards high quality development in northeastern region are put forward.
