高度城市化地区空间生产模式与规划反思——以深圳坂田片区为例

摘　　要：基于空间生产理论,以深圳坂田片区作为实证案例,构建“权力—资本—社会”三元—三圈层辩证分析框架。研究发现:坂田片区的空间生产轨迹契合资本的三级循环;在空间生产的早期阶段,资本主体发挥市场资源的效率,快速完成工业化,权力空间呈现权力二元化特征,社会主体作用较小;空间生产完成工业化进入城市化阶段时,以政府为核心的权力主体通过制度政策和城市规划引导空间生产,资本主体主要面向城市空间建设,社会主体影响空间生产的运作效率;当空间生产进入城市化转型阶段时,权力主体顺应空间功能转型而改变规划导向,引导资本向科技创新产业投资,并将对应的社会主体纳入核心圈层。并且,总结归纳权力主体的空间规划权驱动、资本主体的空间价值增量驱动、社会主体的话语权驱动机制,从规划思维转型、规划秩序建构和规划实施路径方面进行反思,以期为其他地区的转型发展提供借鉴和启示。Based on spatial production theory,the Bantian District of Shenzhen is taken for empirical study through a dialectical framework of"power-capital-society"with three elements and layers.Key findings include:(1)Bantian District's spatial production aligns with capital's three-level circulation;(2)early-stage spatial production is capital-driven with dualistic power and limited societal influence;(3)as urbanization progresses,government-led power guides spatial development,capital focuses on urban construction,and society impacts efficiency;(4)in the transformational stage,power adapts planning to spatial shifts,steering capital towards tech innovation,and integrating societal actors.Moreover,the driving mechanisms of spatial planning rights of power,spatial value increment of capital,and discourse power of society are summarized and generalized.Reflections are made on the transformation of planning thinking,the construction of planning order,and the implementation path of planning,with the aim of providing reference and inspiration for the transformation and development of other regions.
