老旧社区公共空间更新的“破界”路径探索——以南京市百子亭社区高楼门片区为例

摘　　要：针对存量更新语境下老旧社区中“界”所带来的消极效应日益凸显的问题,从“界”的视角出发,解析老旧社区公共空间面临的困境,通过分析发现,存在于老旧社区公共空间中的对外、对内的消极界域与界域在哲学范畴中“间离”“界隔”“界分”的概念相对应。基于此,在对“界”的外在表现、内在特征与形成机制进行分析的基础上,以“破界”为核心,构建老旧社区公共空间的更新路径。具体而言,从对外、对内两个层级出发,对“间离”“界隔”“界分”的界域关系进行融通交互、整合与重构,以消解界域的负面效应,使消极界域积极化,从而达到提升老旧社区公共空间品质的目的。"Boundaries"have brought about increasing negative effects in old community renewal.From the perspective of"boundaries",the dilemmas of public space in old communities are analyzed,and it is discovered that the external and internal negative boundaries align with the philosophical concepts of"alienate","separate",and"field".Based on an analysis of their external manifestations,internal characteristics and formation mechanisms,a renewal path for the public spaces in old communities is proposed centered on"boundary breaking".This involves integrating and reconstructing the boundary relationships of"alienate","separate",and"field"at both external and internal levels to minimize their negative effects,thereby enhancing the quality of public spaces in old communities.
