摘　　要：从“城市人”理论出发,以西安市新城区典型街道为例,坚持以人为本,从主观与客观两个维度对社区体育设施配置进行评价。评价过程分为三步:第一步,对社区居民满意度进行评价;第二步,评价社区体育设施在可达性、均衡性和多样性这3大人居要素方面的配置情况;第三步,将社区居民满意度与社区体育设施配置要素的评价结果进行拟合分析。评价结果表明:社区体育设施的可达性和均衡性与社区居民满意度的相关性显著,应重点对这两个方面进行深入研究;社区体育设施的多样性对社区居民满意度的影响不明显,在后续体育设施优化中,只需满足全龄段人群的基本需求即可。基于评价结果,将不同社区划分为易达均衡社区、易达不均社区、难达均衡社区、难达不均社区4种类型,并结合典型社区案例,提出各类社区体育设施配置优化路径,以期为后续社区体育设施配置的优化提供新思路。Based on the urbanite theory,the typical streets in the new district of Xi'an are taken as examples for the evaluation of community sports facilities configuration from subjective and objective principles.Firstly,the satisfaction degree of community residents is investigated;secondly,community sports facilities configuration is analyzed from three dimensions of accessibility,balance,and variety;thirdly,the two results of residents'satisfaction degree and three dimensions are taken for fitting analysis.It has been demonstrated that the accessibility and balance of community sports facilities are highly correlated with residents'satisfaction,and that these two aspects warrant further investigation.The impact of the diversity of community sports facilities on the satisfaction of community residents is not obvious,and in the subsequent optimization of sports facilities,it is only necessary to meet the fundamental requirements of all age groups.Communities are divided into four types based on the evaluation results:easy-to-reach balanced community,easy-to-reach uneven community,difficult-to-reach balanced community,and difficult-to-reach uneven community.The optimization paths for each type of community in sports facilities are put forward,providing new concepts for future community sports facilities configuration.
