场所文脉主义语境下工业遗产保护与传承策略研究——以株洲市清水塘老工业区搬迁改造规划为例

摘　　要：工业遗产是城市文明的见证,蕴含着巨大的综合价值。工业遗产的保护对于延续城市文脉、凝聚集体情感、培育城市特质有着重要作用。为应对工业城市产业升级带来的老旧工业街区使用功能空心化、场所衰败化的危机,将“场所文脉主义”理论引入工业遗产保护和传承研究并论述其意义,进而提出工业遗产保护与传承的总体框架及核心理念,并以株洲市清水塘老工业区搬迁改造规划实践为例,对其规划策略进行分析,以期为其他地区工业遗产的保护与传承提供参考。As the witness of urban civilization with great values,industrial heritage plays a significant role in the continuation of urban context,consolidation of collective sentiment,and cultivation of urban characters.In response to the crises of functional displacement and space decay of old industrial blocks in the process of industrial upgrading,the theory of site-contextualism is introduced to propose the overall framework and core concepts in the preservation and inheritance of industrial heritages.The planning strategies of Qingshuitang old industrial block relocation and renovation planning in Zhuzhou City are analyzed,offering a reference for the preservation and inheritance of industrial heritages in other cities.
