摘 要:为了研究日本蟳大眼幼体、Ⅰ期幼蟹、Ⅱ期幼蟹阶段表型性状与体质量的关系,测定不同阶段日本蟳的体质量(Y)、眼间距(X_(1))、头胸甲长(X_(2))、头胸甲宽(X_(3))、腹长(X_(4))、腹宽(X_(5))、第三步足长节长(X_(6))和第三步足前节长(X_(7))表型性状,并进行相关分析、主成分分析和通径分析。结果表明:3个阶段日本蟳表型性状对体质量的最优多元回归方程分别为Y大眼幼体=-0.689 9+0.000 4X_(2)-0.000 6X_(4)+0.000 9X_(6)+0.002 1X_(7),YⅠ=-1.294 3+0.001 1X_(2)+0.001 7X_(3),YⅡ=-0.003+0.045X_(2)+0.035X_(3)-0.075X_(5);各阶段日本蟳表型性状之间均呈正相关,除了Ⅱ期幼蟹腹长外,表型性状均与体质量的相关性达到极显著性水平(P<0.01);大眼幼体第一主成分指向腹宽、头胸甲长,Ⅰ期幼蟹第一主成分指向头胸甲长、体质量,Ⅱ期幼蟹第一主成分指向头胸甲长、头胸甲宽;大眼幼体阶段,腹长对体质量的直接作用最大(-0.773),Ⅰ、Ⅱ期幼蟹阶段,头胸甲宽对体质量的直接作用最大(0.614和0.622)。决定系数分析结果与通径分析结果一致。综上,体质量在日本蟳早期发育阶段可以作为苗种筛选的一个重要指标,腹长是影响大眼幼体体质量最大的表型性状,头胸甲长是影响Ⅰ、Ⅱ期幼蟹体质量最大的表型性状。In order to find out the effect of the important phenotypic traits on body weight of Charybdis japonica at each early growth stage(megalopa,Juvenile crabⅠ,Juvenile crabⅡ),body weight(Y),interorbital distance(X1),carapace length(X2),carapace width(X3),abdomen length(X4),abdomen width(X5),meropodit length of the third periopod(X6),and the propodit length of the third periopod(X7)were measured in megalopa,Juvenile crabⅠand Juvenile crabⅡ.And the data were analyzed by principal component and path analysis to probe into the relevance of various phenotypic traits and the corresponding body weight.The results showed that the optimal regression equations of Charybdis japonica were shown to be expressed as Ymegalopa=-0.6899+0.0004X2-0.0006X4+0.0009X6+0.0021X7 for megalopa,YⅠ=-1.2943+0.0011X2+0.0017X3 for Juvenile crabⅠ,YⅡ=-0.003+0.045X2+0.035X3-0.075X5 for Juvenile crabⅡ.There were positive correlations among phenotypic traits at different growth stage.There were very significant positive correlation between body weight and various phenotypic traits at different growth stage(P<0.01)excepted the correlation with abdomen length of Juvenile crabⅡ.The first principal component analysis reflected for megalopa were abdomen width and the carapace length.The first principal component analysis reflected for Juvenile crabⅠwere carapace length and the body weight.The first principal component analysis reflected for Juvenile crabⅡwere carapace length and the carapace width.The maximal direct effect on body weight was abdomen length for megalopa(determinant coefficient of-0.773),the maximal direct effect on body weight was carapace width for Juvenile crabⅠ(determinant coefficient of 0.614)and Juvenile crabⅡ(determinant coefficient of 0.622),determinant coefficient analysis was consistent with that of path analysis.In conclusion,the body weight can be the key selection standard for breeding in the early growth stage of Charybdis japonica.The maximal effect on body weight was abdomen length for megalopa,while t
