摘　　要：随着中国经济社会的快速发展和道路交通运输系统的不断完善,春运期间,广大交通参与者的出行需求不断提高,道路交通安全已成为广大群众重点关注的问题,如何更好地开展春运道路交通安全管理工作,最大限度地减少和预防交通事故、提高交通出行效率是公安交管部门亟需解决的问题。通过对春运道路交通安全管理面临的变化和挑战进行深度分析,并结合公安交通管理工作的实际情况,系统提出春运道路交通安全管理的策略和方法,为公安交管部门顺利开展2025年春运道路交通安全管理工作提供科学依据和决策支撑,对于提升公安交管部门的管理效能和水平具有重要的理论研究意义和实践应用价值。With the rapid development of China's economy and society and the continuous improvement of the road transportation system,the increasing demand for travelling has made road traffic safety a key concern for the general public during the Spring Festival transportation period.How to better carry out road traffic safety management during the Spring Festival transportation period,minimize and prevent road traffic accidents,and improve traffic efficiency is an urgent problem that needs to be solved by public security traffic management departments at all levels.Through in-depth analysis of the changes and challenges faced by road traffic safety management during the Spring Festival transportation period,and in combination with the actual situation of public security traffic management,strategies and methods for road traffic safety management during the Spring Festival transportation period are systematically proposed.This provides scientific management basis and decision-making support for the smooth implementation of traffic safety management during the 2025 Spring Festival transportation period by public security traffic management departments at all levels,and has important theoretical research significance and practical application value for improving the efficiency and level of traffic safety management during the Spring Festival transportation period by public security traffic management departments.
