缸内直喷氢内燃机控制参数对混合气形成及燃烧特性的影响研究

摘  要:基于一台直列4缸四冲程缸内直喷氢内燃机,建立了三维计算流体力学(computational fluid dynamics,CFD)仿真计算模型,研究了发动机控制参数对混合气形成及燃烧特性的影响。研究结果表明:随着当量比的增大和点火时刻的提前,发动机的缸内压力和放热率峰值升高,同时缸内压力和放热率的峰值相位推迟。减小当量比使氢气和空气的混合气分布大致相同但更加稀薄,更靠近火花塞的浓混合气分布是提升火焰传播速度的关键。随着氢气喷射时刻的推迟,缸内压力和放热率峰值增大,点火延迟缩短,燃烧相位提前。喷射压力和喷射时刻对燃烧过程的影响均取决于缸内混合气的分布状态。Based on an in-line 4-cylinder 4-stroke direct injection hydrogen internal combustion engine,a three-dimensional(3D)computational fluid dynamics(CFD)simulation model was established.The effects of engine control parameters on mixture formation and combustion characteristics were investigated.The results show that the peak values of in-cylinder pressure and heat release rate increase,and the combustion phases delay with the increase of equivalence ratio.The decreased equivalence ratio results in a similar but leaner mixture distribution in the cylinder.The mixture distribution that the rich mixture closer to the spark plug is the key to accelerating the flame propagation.With the delay of hydrogen injection timing,the peak values of in-cylinder pressure and heat release rate increase,the ignition delay period is shortened,and the combustion phase is advanced.The mixture distribution in the cylinder is a decisive factor in the effects of injection pressures and injection timings on the combustion process.
