双石通淋胶囊辅助治疗慢性前列腺炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探究双石通淋胶囊辅助治疗慢性前列腺炎的疗效。方法:选取104例慢性前列腺炎患者,运用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=52)和观察组(n=52)。对照组采用诺氟沙星治疗,观察组则给予双石通淋胶囊辅助诺氟沙星治疗,两组均连续治疗4周。通过检测两组患者前列腺液中的趋化因子、前列腺液卵磷脂小体(SPL)、前列腺特异抗原(PSA)以及炎性因子水平来评估治疗效果;对比两组美国国立卫生院前列腺炎症状指数(NIH-CPSI)、中医症状评分的差异,并对不良反应进行评估。结果:治疗4周后,观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,两组前列腺液中单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)、C-C基序趋化因子配体、趋化性细胞因子受体(CCR2)、PSA、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、有效排尿时间、NIH-CPSI评分和中医症状评分均降低,SPL、白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、最大尿流速、残余尿量均升高,且观察组较对照组降低/升高更明显(P<0.01)。治疗期间两组不良反应发生率无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:双石通淋胶囊辅助治疗慢性前列腺炎,能够有效减轻患者症状,抑制炎症反应,调节趋化因子水平,进而提高治疗效果。Objective:To explore the efficacy of Shuangshi Tonglin capsule in the adjuvant treatment of chronic prostatitis.Method:104 patients with chronic prostatitis were selected and divided into a control group(n=52)and an observation group(n=52)by the random number table method.The control group was treated with norfloxacin,while the observation group was given Shuangshi Tonglin capsule in combination with norfloxacin.Both groups were treated continuously for 4 weeks.The treatment effects were evaluated by detecting the chemokines,seminal plasma lecithin corpuscles(SPL),prostate-specific antigen(PSA),and inflammatory factor levels in the prostatic fluid of the two groups of patients.The differences in the National Institutes of Health Chronic Prostatitis Symptom Index(NIH-CPSI)and traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores between the two groups were compared,and adverse reactions were evaluated.Results:After 4 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the levels of monocyte chemotactic protein-1(MCP-1),C-C motif chemokine ligand,chemokine receptor(CCR2),PSA,interleukin-10(IL-10),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),effective urination time,NIH-CPSI score,and traditional Chinese medicine symptom score in the prostatic fluid of the two groups were decreased,while the levels of SPL,interleukin-2(IL-2),maximum urine flow rate,and residual urine volume were increased.Moreover,the decreases/increases in the observation group were more significant than those in the control group(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups during the treatment period.Conclusion:The adjuvant treatment of chronic prostatitis with Shuangshi Tonglin capsule can effectively relieve patients'symptoms,inhibit the inflammatory response,regulate the chemokine levels,and thus improve the treatment effect.
