摘 要:[目的]进一步探究并量化区域和品种对烟叶质量的影响程度。[方法]对安徽皖南不同小生态区和不同品种之间烤烟中、上部叶生长的外观、化学和感官质量进行了系统比较以及2因素方差分析,对烟叶主要化学成分和感官特性进行相关性分析。[结果]中、上部叶区域C和云烟87的外观质量最佳,区域和品种交互对烟叶外观质量存在显著的影响。各区域和品种间中部叶化学成分较为均衡,上部叶质量有所差异;氯离子和总氮受区域影响较大,而钾离子则受品种影响较大。感官质量中以区域C烟叶的感官质量表现最佳,而不同品种间差异不显著,区域对烟叶感官质量相对贡献度较高,而品种对其影响较小,区域对B2F烟叶感官质量的贡献度也显著高于品种。此外,烟叶香气特性与总糖、氮碱比、两糖差呈显著正相关;口感特性和烟碱为负相关,与总糖、氮碱比、两糖差呈显著正相关。[结论]烟叶外观质量受互作影响较为显著,区域效应对感官及部分化学成分的影响显著高于品种,首次给出了区域和品种对烟叶不同特性的影响程度量化数据。研究结果为区域和品种对烟叶质量的影响效果作出了量化评估,并为烟叶各指标的调控提供了科学依据。[Objective]To further explore and quantify the impact of region and variety on tobacco quality.[Method]The appearance,chemical composition and sensory quality of the middle and upper leaves of flue-cured tobacco between different tobacco regions and varieties were compared in southern Anhui systematically.A two factor analysis of variance was conducted.The correlation analysis was also conducted on the main chemical components and sensory characteristics of tobacco leaves.[Result]The appearance quality of the middle and upper leaves was the best in region C and Yunyan 87,and the interaction between tobacco area and variety had significant effects on the appearance quality of tobacco leaves.The chemical composition of the middle leaves was relatively balanced among different regions and varieties,while the quality of the upper leaves varied.Region C had a higher content of total sugar and reducing sugar,while Yunyan 97 had a higher content of nicotine.Through two-factor ANOVA,it was found that Cl-and total nitrogen were more affected by region,while K+was more affected by variety.The sensory quality of tobacco in region C performed the best,while there was no significant difference among different varieties.The relative contributions of areas to the leaf sensory quality was relatively high,while varieties had relatively less impact on them.Region’s contribution to the sensory quality of B2F tobacco was also significantly higher than variety.The aroma characteristics of tobacco were significantly positively correlated with total sugar,nitrogen nicotine ratio,and the difference between the total sugar and reducing sugar.The taste characteristics were negatively correlated with nicotine,but significantly positively correlated with total sugar,nitrogen nicotine ratio,and difference between total sugar and reducing sugar.[Conclusion]The appearance quality of tobacco leaves was significantly influenced by the interaction between regions and varieties,and the regional effect had a significantly higher impact on sensory
