摘 要:[目的]探索12个品种柳枝稷对榆林地区盐碱环境的适应性,为榆林地区盐碱地引种柳枝稷提供理论指导。[方法]通过对品种PB-1、PB-2、PB-3、PB-4、PB-5、PB-6、PB-7、PB-8、PB-9、PB-10、PB-11、PB-12进行大田试验,共12个小区,研究不同柳枝稷的植物农艺指标及土壤理化性质。[结果]PB-4的出苗率最高,为46.53%;PB-1的长势最好,株高达到160 cm。PB-10的生物量显著高于其他品种,为217.80 g/kg。9和10月PB-2的叶面积均较高,分别为47.48和53.31 cm^(2)。土壤含水率会因天气产生变化,8月PB-4的含水率最高,达16.59%,9月PB-3的含水率最高,达19.99%,10月PB-2的含水率最高,达11.09%。PB-4的土壤容重下降了2.29%。[结论]主成分分析表明,PB-2的得分为2.994,适应性最强,为12个品种中最适合在陕北榆林盐碱地种植推广。[Objective]To explore the adaptability of 12 varieties of Panicum virgatum to the saline-alkali environment in Yulin area,in order to provide theoretical guidance for the introduction of Panicum virgatum in saline-alkali land in Yulin area.[Method]A total of 12 plots were tested in the field of PB-1,PB-2,PB-3,PB-4,PB-5,PB-6,PB-7,PB-8,PB-9,PB-10,PB-11 and PB-12.The plant agronomic indexes and soil physicochemical properties of different Panicum virgatum were analyzed.[Result]PB-4 had the highest emergence rate,which was 46.53%.PB-1 grows best,reaching a height of 160 cm.The biomass of PB-10 was significantly higher than that of other varieties,which was 217.80 g/kg.The leaf area of PB-2 was relatively high in September and October,at 47.48 cm^(2)and 53.31 cm^(2),respectively.The soil moisture content may vary due to weather conditions,with PB-4 having the highest moisture content in August,reaching 16.59%;the moisture content of PB-3 was the highest in September,reaching 19.99%;the moisture content of PB-2 was the highest in October,reaching 17.58%.The soil bulk density of PB-4 decreased by 2.29%.The results indicated that the planting of PB-4 had a significantly better effect on the improvement of bulk density of saline-alkali land than other varieties.[Conclusion]Principal component analysis showed that PB-2 had the strongest adaptability with a score of 2.994,and was the most suitable among the 12 varieties for planting and promotion in the saline-alkali land of Yulin,northern Shaanxi.
