摘  要:为调查不同野生大豆品种与大豆胞囊线虫之间的拮抗关系,以野生大豆为材料,进行线虫病土栽培,调查野生大豆植株的叶片数、株高、根瘤数、叶色、叶形、荚果数、地上鲜重、地下鲜重、胞囊数,计算大豆植株的雌虫指数,根据雌虫指数分级标准标出抗性等级。对野生大豆的9个生物学性状进行了相关性分析与聚类分析,结果表明,供试野生大豆材料中,抗病材料有19份。聚类分析将36种野生大豆材料分为4个类群,其中第Ⅰ类群是较为优异的抗病种质资源。该研究为栽培大豆抗大豆胞囊线虫的育种提供理论依据和支持。To investigate the antagonistic relationship between different wild soybean varieties and soybean cyst nematodes,this experiment used wild soybean as the material to carry out nematode disease soil cultivation,and investigated the number of leaves,plant height,root nodules,leaf color,leaf shape,number of pods,fresh weight above ground,fresh weight below ground and number of cysts in wild soybean plants,calculated the female insect index of soybean plants,and marked the resistance grade according to the female index grading standard.Correlation analysis and cluster analysis were carried out on nine biological traits of wild soybeans,and the results showed that 19 disease-resistant materials were tested in wild soybean materials.Cluster analysis divided 36 wild soybean materials into 4 groups,among which group I was the most excellent disease-resistant germplasm resource.The conclusions of this study will provide theoretical basis and support for the breeding of cultivated soybeans against soybean cyst nematodes.
