摘  要:为探索新型植物免疫激活蛋白维大力(VDAL)对小麦生长势、抗病性及产量形成的影响,2021—2023年,在邹城市、滨城区、牡丹区、商河县开展田间试验。设维大力、氨基寡糖素、常规药剂和CK处理,通过种子包衣、茎叶喷雾方式进行田间试验。结果表明,4个试验点维大力处理小麦长势优于其他3个处理,对小麦茎基腐病的防效分别为69.54%、77.46%、62.39%、74.58%,增产率分别为23.69%、38.25%、20.75%、9.12%,均高于其他3个处理。通过整体分析,维大力可不同程度降低小麦茎基腐病发病率,提高防效,促进小麦生长,提高出苗量,增加产量,与氨基寡糖素处理效果相当,且略优于氨基寡糖素。该研究为大面积推广提供理论依据。From 2021 to 2023,field trials were conducted in Zoucheng City,Bincheng District,Mudan District and Shanghe County to explore the effects of VDAL on wheat growth potential,disease resistance and yield formation.Field experiments were carried out with VDAL,amino-oligosaccharide,conventional agent and CK four treatments,by seed coating and stem and leaf spraying.The wheat growth of the four test sites with VDAL were better than other three treatments.The control effects on wheat crown rot were 69.54%,77.46%,62.39%and 74.58%,respectively,and the yield increases were 23.69%,38.25%,20.75%and 9.12%,respectively,both of them were higher than other three treatments.The results showed that VDAL could reduce the incidence of wheat crown rot,improve the control effect of wheat crown rot,and promote wheat growth,increase amount of seedling emergence and yield.The effect of VDAL treatment was equivalent to amino-oligosaccharide treatment,and slightly better than amino-oligosaccharide treatment,which provides a theoretical basis for popularization.
