摘  要:[目的]利用顶空-气相色谱-离子迁移谱(HS-GC-IMS)联用技术对卷烟产品所含挥发性成分进行分析,探究其在卷烟质量稳定性评价中的应用。[方法]利用HS-GC-IMS技术对5款卷烟不同批次样品进行测定,基于指纹图谱分析不同样品挥发性成分的差异,且制定不同卷烟参考样品所含挥发性成分指标水平,对比分析不同卷烟样品的检测结果,利用夹角余弦法对卷烟样品挥发性成分进行相似性评价,并结合均值-极差(Xbar-R)控制图对不同卷烟样品的质量稳定性进行评价。[结果]不同卷烟样品共检测到86种挥发性成分,指纹图谱显示每款卷烟不同批次样品间存在明显的相似性,5款卷烟样品间挥发性成分有各自的特征峰区域,呈现较大差异;进一步计算样品和参考样品间的夹角余弦值,对不同批次样品分别进行组间相似性评价,结果表明夹角余弦法可有效检验不同批次卷烟样品的质量波动情况;应用Xbar-R控制图评估卷烟产品的质量变异水平,结果表明5款卷烟不同批次样品的相似度在统计上均受控,产品批次间相似性较高、质量稳定性较好,实现对不同批次卷烟样品质量稳定性的有效监控。[结论]利用HS-GC-IMS技术能快速、准确地对卷烟样品挥发性成分进行检测分析,结合相似性评价及Xbar-R控制图可对卷烟产品的质量稳定性予以有效评估。[Objective]Headspace-gas chromatography-ion mobility spectrometry(HS-GC-IMS)was used to analyse the volatile components of cigarette products,and explore its application in the evaluation of cigarette quality stability.[Method]The HS-GC-IMS technique was used to determine the volatile components in different batches of five cigarette samples,analyse the differences of volatile components in different samples based on fingerprinting,and develop the index levels of volatile components contained in different cigarette reference samples,compare and analyse the detection results of different cigarette samples,and evaluate the similarity of volatile components of cigarette samples by using the angle-of-concentration cosine method,and combine with the mean-pole-difference(Xbar-R)control chart to evaluate the quality stability of different cigarette samples.[Result]A total of 86 volatile components were detected in different cigarette samples,and the fingerprints showed that there were obvious similarities between different batches of each cigarette sample,and the volatile components among five cigarette samples had their own characteristic peak areas,showing large differences;the angle cosine values between the samples and the reference samples were further calculated,and the inter-group similarity evaluations were performed for the samples of different batches respectively,and the results showed that the angle cosine method could effectively detect the quality fluctuation of different batches of cigarette samples was examined.The Xbar-R control chart was applied to evaluate the quality variation level of cigarette products,and the results showed that the similarity of different batches of samples of five kinds of cigarettes was statistically controlled,and the similarity between batches of the products was higher and the quality stability was better,which achieved effective monitoring of the quality stability of cigarette samples of different batches.[Conclusion]The volatile components of cigarette samples can be detec
