稳定化处理条件对沼液污染指标的影响及综合评价

摘  要:为探究全年不同时期、稳定化处理天数对于沼液污染性的影响,以江苏省连云港市东旺奶牛养殖场沼液为供试材料,分别在2023年1月13日、5月12日、7月11日取厌氧发酵输出沼液,模拟当地氧化塘环境进行稳定化处理0、60、120、180、240 d后,检测沼液电导率、化学需氧量(COD)及Hg、As、Pb、Cd、Cr、Cu、Zn含量,研究不同稳定化处理条件对沼液污染性的影响。结果表明,随着稳定化处理天数的延长,各项污染指标均有不同程度降低;稳定化初始日期影响沼液污染指标初始含量,7月11日的沼液初始污染性相对较低。利用主成分分析法对各处理进行综合排名,由大到小为T3(1月13日,120 d)>T6(5月12日,0 d)>T1(1月13日,0 d)>T7(5月12日,60 d)>T11(7月11日,0 d)>T2(1月13日,60 d)>T13(7月11日,120 d)>T8(5月12日,120 d)>T4(1月13日,180 d)>T9(5月12日,180 d)>T12(7月11日,60 d)>T14(7月11日,180 d)>T10(5月12日,240 d)>T15(7月11日,240 d)>T5(1月13日,240 d)。其中,T5、T15、T10处理整体效果较好,不仅降低了沼液还原性物质含量和重金属元素含量,还在一定程度上降低了盐分含量,说明处理天数对沼液稳定化处理过程影响最为重要,无论何时开展沼液稳定化处理,240 d的稳定化处理天数均可以较好地降低沼液的污染性,可以在生产中推广应用。In order to investigate the effect of different aerobic stabilization treatments on the contamination of biogas slurry,the biogas slurry from Dongwang Dairy Farm in Lianyungang City,Jiangsu Province,was taken as test material,15 treatments with different inception dates and days of treatment were set in this experiment.Three batches of biogas slurry were sampled from anaerobic fermentation engineering on January 13,May 12 and July 11,2023,respectively,and the electrical conductivity(Ec),chemical oxygen demand(COD)and the contents of Hg,As,Pb,Cd,Cr,Cu and Zn of the biogas slurry were measured after the varied aerobic stabilization days of 0,60,120,180 and 240 d.The results showed that with the extension of aerobic stabilization days,all pollution indexes decreased to different degrees.The batches of sampling affected the initial pollution index of biogas slurry,and the initial pollution index of biogas slurry sampled on July 11 was relatively low.Comprehensively rank of the treatment effects obtained by principal component analysis was as T3(January 13,120 d)>T6(May 12,0 d)>T1(January 13,0 d)>T7(May 12,60 d)>T11(July 11,0 d)>T2(January 13,60 d)>T13(July 11,120 d)>T8(May 12,120 d)>T4(January 13,180 d)>T9(May 12,180 d)>T12(July 11,60 d)>T14(July 11,180 d)>T10(May 12,240 d)>T15(July 11,240 d)>T5(January 13,240 d).Among all treatments,T5,T15 and T10 performed better,which not only reduces the COD and heavy metal content of biogas slurry,but also reduces the Ec to a certain extent,indicating that the days of aerobic stabilization have the most important impact on the biogas slurry stabilization process,regardless of when the biogas slurry stabilization treatment is carried out.The aerobic stabilization days of 240 d can reduce the pollution degree of biogas slurry,so it was worth promoting and applying in production practice.
