数字乡村治理中的新乡贤:角色期待与实践优化路径

摘　　要：伴随数字乡村治理的广泛开展,乡村社会对新乡贤的角色期待发生转变。数字乡村治理中,新乡贤被赋予价值共创制度设计的协同者、公共服务精准供给的推动者和新型乡村利益共同体的链接者等角色期待。从角色实践看,协同治理的作用发挥不足、推动公共服务供给效能不佳、融入数字乡村治理程度不深等问题导致新乡贤在数字乡村治理中产生角色偏差,角色行动遭遇阻力。由此,从增强角色功能耦合、激发角色内生动力和拓展角色培育空间方面提出数字乡村治理中新乡贤的角色实践优化路径。With the widespread development of digital rural governance,the role expectations of new rural elites in rural society have changed.In digital rural governance,new rural elites are expected to play roles such as collaborators in the design of value co-creation systems,promoters of precise supply of public services,and linkers of new rural interest communities.From the perspective of role practice,the insufficient role of collaborative governance,poor efficiency in promoting public service supply,and insufficient integration into digital rural governance have led to a deviation in the role of new rural elites in digital rural governance,and their role actions have encountered resistance.Therefore,an attempt is made to propose a practical optimization path for the role of new rural elites in digital rural governance by enhancing the coupling of role functions,stimulating the endogenous motivation of roles,and expanding the space for role cultivation.
