摘　　要：乡村振兴战略实施的关键是人才振兴,但当前农村经济发展中专业性、高素质人才尤为匮乏。农业高校作为高等教育的重要组成部分,在乡村振兴过程中肩负着培育一批懂农业、爱农村、爱农民的高素质创新人才的重任。从农业经济管理类专业学生高质量就业和人才培育2个方面进行了深入探讨,指出当前高等教育中农经类专业人才培育存在无岗位就业、摆烂不就业、课程内容脱节、专业教师躺平、学生两极分化等问题,并针对性提出增设乡村振兴就业岗位、转变学习与就业态度、丰富并完善课程实践内容、建立教师教学内驱制度等建议,以期为高等教育农经人才培育供给与乡村振兴人才需求提供匹配策略。The key to the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy is the revitalization of talents,but the professional and high-quality talents in the current rural economic development are particularly scarce.As an important part of higher education,agricultural colleges and universities shoulder the important task of cultivating a group of high-quality innovative talents who understand agriculture,love rural areas and farmers in the process of rural revitalization.This paper discussed from the two aspects of high-quality employment and talent cultivation of students majoring in agricultural economic management.It was pointed out there were some practical problems in the cultivation of talents majoring in agricultural economy in higher education,such as no job employment,poor employment,disjointed curriculum content,professional teachers lying flat,and polarization of students.Therefore,some suggestions were proposed such as adding jobs for rural revitalization,changing the attitude of learning and employment,enriching and improving the content of curriculum practice,and establishing the internal driving system of teachers’teaching,so as to provide matching strategies for the cultivation and supply of talents majoring in agricultural economy in higher education and the demand for talents for rural revitalization.
