摘　　要：针对三级综合医院在互联网医院运行中面临的问题,如学科吸引力不高、运行效率差、服务模式单一、医患双方参与意愿低等,北京大学人民医院通过一系列措施进行了有效应对。具体措施包括完善系统建设,建立高效信息平台、实现线上线下融合、加强数据安全与隐私保护;发挥专科特色,明确功能定位、发展特色线上业务、建立医生IP;提高整体医院运行效率,优化管理机制、加强宣传推广、建立激励机制、加强线下运营;以及提升医患双方参与意愿,增强患者信任、提升医生参与度、加强医患沟通。这些实践经验为其他综合性公立医院推动互联网医疗高质量发展提供了有益参考,有助于解决互联网医院运行中存在的问题,提升患者就医体验和医院运行效率。Peking University People's Hospital has taken a series of measures to cope with the problems faced by tertiary general hospitals in the operation of Internet hospitals,such as low attractiveness of disciplines,poor operation efficiency,single service mode,and low willingness of both doctors and patients to participate.Specific measures include improving the system construction,establishing an efficient information platform,realizing online and offline integration,and strengthening data security and privacy protection;giving full play to specialty characteristics,defining functional positioning,developing characteristic online business,and establishing doctor IP;improving overall hospital operating efficiency,optimizing management mechanism,strengthening publicity and promotion,establishing incentive mechanism,and strengthening offline operation;enhancing the willingness of both doctors and patients to participate,enhancing patients'trust,enhancing doctors'participation,and strengthening doctor-patient communication.These practical experiences provide a useful reference for other general public hospitals to promote the high-quality development of Internet healthcare,which will help solve the problems in the operation of Internet hospitals and improve the patients'experience of medical treatment and the operation efficiency of hospitals.
