摘  要:目的探讨临退役直线加速器的更新决策问题,为医院提供设备更新及整体流程的策略参考。方法通过构建基于动态规划算法的数学模型模拟直线加速器的更新决策过程,并利用真实世界临退役直线加速器的数据进行模拟验证,找到影响更新策略的关键因素,从而提供科学、合理的参考依据。结果研究发现,直线加速器的报废时机与年治疗人次数的递减速率和新设备机房改造及设备安装调试周期紧密相关。结论为了确保临退役直线加速器能在其使用期限内有效使用,必须对其进行恰当的维护和维修。同时,在新设备安装时,应尽可能地缩短机房改造和设备安装时间,以减少医院的潜在经济损失。Objective To discuss the renewal decision of linear accelerators before decommission,and to provide strategic reference for hospital equipment renewal and overall process.Methods A mathematical model based on dynamic programming algorithm was constructed to simulate the decision-making process of linear accelerators renewal,and the data of linear accelerators were simulated and verified to find out the key factors affecting the renewal strategy,so as to provide scientific and reasonable reference basis.Results It was found that the decommission time of linear accelerator was closely related to the decline rate of the number of people treated per year,the period of renovation of new equipment room and installation and debugging of equipment.Conclusion In order to ensure the effective use of linear accelerators before decommission,it is necessary to carry out proper maintenance and repair.At the same time,when the new equipment is installed,the equipment room renovation and equipment installation time should be shortened as much as possible to reduce the potential economic losses of the hospital.
