摘　　要：随着医疗技术的进步和患者对医疗服务需求的提高,多学科诊疗逐渐成为医疗机构提供高质量服务的重要模式。文章详细介绍了某医院在MDT精细化管理与信息化建设方面的实践和经验。通过完善的制度流程、高效的信息化管理及持续的质量评价,提升了MDT的工作效率和医疗服务水平,为其他医疗机构MDT建设提供参考。With the advancement of medical technology and the improvement of patients'demand for medical services,multidisciplinary treatment(MDT)has gradually become an important mode for medical institutions to provide high-quality services.This article introduced the practice and experience of MDT fine management and information construction in a hospital in detail.Through the improved system and process,efficient information management and continuous quality evaluation,the work efficiency and medical service level of MDT have been improved,providing reference for the MDT construction of other medical institutions.
