摘　　要：合同的精细化管理是科技成果成功转化的关键环节,不仅能够有力推动转化进程,还能够在风险防控方面发挥重要作用,确保科技成果转化平稳无阻。精细化管理为知识产权和创新成果的保护与管理提供了坚实的法律基础与操作指南。本文旨在结合公立医院在科技成果转化实际工作中的经验,深入分析、探讨技术转让及技术许可合同管理存在的问题,通过优化合同管理流程,强化风险防控机制,使医院能够更有效地管理技术转让与技术许可事务,保障自身及研发团队的合法权益,促进科技成果的高效转化与应用。Fine management of contracts is a key link in the successful transformation of scientific and technological achievements,which can not only vigorously promote the transformation process,but also play an important role in risk prevention and control to ensure the smooth and unimpeded transformation of scientific and technological achievements.Fine management provides a solid legal basis and operational guidelines for the protection and management of intellectual property and innovation achievements.The purpose of this paper is to combine the experience of public hospitals in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements with in-depth analysis and discussion of the problems existing in the management of technology transfer and technology licensing contracts,and to optimize the contract management process and strengthen the risk prevention and control mechanism,so as to enable the hospitals to manage the technology transfer and licensing affairs more efficiently,to safeguard their own legitimate rights and interests and those of their R&D teams,and to promote the efficient transformation and application of scientific and technological achievements.
