摘  要:公立医院高质量发展对提质增效提出了更高的要求,强调推动“三个转变”,实现“三个提高”,运行模式从粗放管理转向精细化管理。在取消耗材加成,医保支付方式改革等政策背景下,医用耗材由利润中心转变为成本中心,持续加强院内医用耗材的精细化管理有助于提高医疗质量、患者安全、运营效率。笔者所在医院以问题为导向,从医用耗材全生命周期管理出发,探索运用系统思维,数字化、智能化进行精细化管理取得了一定成效,确保了临床用械安全,加强了耗材管控,减少了库存成本,促进了医院的可持续发展。The high-quality development of public hospitals has put forward higher requirements for improving quality and efficiency,emphasizing the promotion of"three transformations",the realization of"three improvements",and the operation mode from extensive management to fine management.In the context of the abolition of the consumables markup and the reform of the medical insurance payment method,medical consumables have been transformed from profit centers to cost centers.Continuously strengthening the refined management of medical consumables in hospitals will help to improve the quality of medical care,patient safety,and operational efficiency.The hospital where the author works is problem oriented,starting from the full lifecycle management of medical consumables,exploring the use of system thinking,digitization,and intelligence for refined management,and has achieved certain results,ensuring the safety of clinical equipment,strengthening consumables control,reducing inventory costs,and promoting the sustainable development of the hospital.
