摘  要:案例医院基于医疗物联网平台,利用电磁指纹比对定位和低频电磁能量传感等技术,打造一院多区设备共享及效能分析平台,制订了一院多区设备共享手册、绩效分配办法,以精益管理为指引,从授权、培训、共识、结果四个维度分步实施,目前已取得良好的应用效果。自2023年以来,实现了院区间共享设备1000余台,盘活闲置或利用率不高资产金额约1200余万元。在各院区科室间实现成功借用、转科次数达500余次。采用大数据分析和挖掘算法,深入分析设备运行数据,挖掘其中的规律和趋势,为医院制定更加科学的设备管理和决策提供参考依据,助力医院高质量发展。Based on the medical Internet of Things platform,the case hospital uses technologies such as electromagnetic fingerprint comparison and positioning and low-frequency electromagnetic energy sensing to build a multi-district equipment sharing and efficiency analysis platform for the hospital.It has formulated a manual for multi-district equipment sharing and a performance allocation method for the hospital.Guided by lean management,it has been implemented step by step from four dimensions of authorization,training,consensus and results,and has achieved good application results.Since 2023,more than 1000 units of shared equipment have been realized between hospitals,and the amount of idle or low-utilization assets has been activated by about 12 million yuan.The number of successful borrowing and transferring between departments in each hospital district has been realized more than 500 times.Big data analysis and mining algorithms are used to deeply analyze equipment operation data,excavate the rules and trends,provide a reference for hospitals to make more scientific equipment management and decision-making,and help hospitals develop high-quality development.
