摘　　要：目的探究影响基层医疗卫生机构家庭医生签约服务意愿及相关因素,制定政策推进签约服务工作。方法以2020年1月—12月的1329位居民及2021年1月—12月1295位居民为研究对象,研究居民的家庭医生签约服务意愿及续签的相关影响因素,对签约服务对家庭医生签约服务的认知度及满意度的干预效果进行分析。结果年龄、文化程度、医疗付费方式、健康状况是居民家庭医生签约意愿影响因素(p<0.05);干预后签约率、续签率及对家庭医生服务的认知度和家庭医生服务态度满意度高于干预前(p<0.05)。结论文化程度、医疗付费方式、健康状况等为影响基层医疗卫生机构家庭医生签约服务意愿的相关因素,对居民给予干预,可提高签约率及家庭医生签约服务满意度。Objective To explore the influencing factors of contracted family doctor service willingness at primary health institutions,and to formulate policies to promote contracted service.Methods A total of 1329 residents from January to December 2020 and 1295 residents from January to December 2021 were selected as the research objects to study their willingness to contracted family doctor services and the related influencing factors of renewal,and to analyze the intervention effect of contracted service on the awareness and satisfaction of contracted family doctor service.Results Age,education level,medical payment method and health status were the influencing factors of residents'willingness to contracted family doctors(p<0.05).After the intervention,the signing rate,renewal rate,awareness of family doctor service and satisfaction with family doctor service were higher than those before the intervention(p<0.05).Conclusion Education level,medical payment method and health status are the influencing factors of the willingness to contract family doctor service in primary health institutions.The intervention of residents can improve the contracting rate and satisfaction of contracted family doctor service.
