镍钴双金属MOF-纤维素气凝胶三维复合材料关键制备工艺参数对Cu^(2+)吸附性能/机制的影响

摘  要:为克服传统金属有机框架材料(Metal-organic framework,MOF)易碎和难回收等缺点,将双金属Ni/Co-MOF与三维纤维素气凝胶进行复合,通过水热反应原位制备了新型Ni/Co-MOF-纤维素气凝胶三维复合材料(Ni/Co-MOF-CMC),并将其用于去除水溶液中的Cu^(2+)。考察了制备过程中关键反应参数对Ni/Co-MOF-CMC吸附性能的影响,发现其最佳制备工艺参数为:Ni/Co金属盐比例为1∶1,总金属盐与有机配体比例为1∶1,反应温度为120℃,反应时间为14 h。采用扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)等手段对CMC、Ni/Co-MOF-CMC以及Ni/Co-MOF-CMC-Cu^(2+)等材料进行了表征,以获悉其微观结构信息。Ni/Co-MOF-CMC是一种吸附效果好、低成本、原材料易得、制备过程简单、环境友好的三维复合材料,在去除废水中Cu^(2+)方面具有极大的发展潜力。In order to overcome the shortcomings of traditional Metal-organic framework(MOF),such as fragility and difficulty in recycling,a novel three-dimensional Ni/Co-MOF-cellulose aerogel composite(Ni/Co-MOF-CMC)was prepared in situ through hydrothermal reaction and by synthesizing bimetallic Ni/Co MOF and three-dimensional cellulose aerogel.The obtained Ni/Co-MOF-CMC was used for adsorbing Cu^(2+)from aqueous solution.The influence of key reaction parameters on the adsorption performance of Ni/Co-MOF-CMC during the preparation process was investigated.It was found that the optimal preparation parameters included:the Ni/Co metal salt ratio was 1∶1,the ratio of total metal salt to organic ligand was 1∶1,the reaction temperature was 120℃,and the reaction time was 14 h.CMC,Ni/Co-MOF-CMC and Ni/Co-MOF-CMC-Cu^(2+)were characterized by using scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray diffractometer(XRD),fourier infrared spectrometer(FT-IR)and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),so as to obtain their microstructure information.In summary,Ni/Co-MOF-CMC,a three-dimensional composite material with such characteristics as good adsorption ability,low cost,easy raw material getting,simple preparation and environmental friendliness,has great potential in the removal of Cu^(2+)from wastewater.
