全方位互嵌:深化东西部协作铸牢中华民族共同体意识的实践逻辑

摘　　要：基于促进各民族交往交流交融,有形有感有效铸牢中华民族共同体意识的路径问题,文章通过对口支援的数据分析,论证了深化东西部协作推动各民族全方位互嵌与铸牢中华民族共同体意识的实践逻辑。东西部协作通过国家力量主导、市场力量参与和社会力量支持的创新实践,解决了区域经济社会发展中的不平衡、不充分等结构性矛盾,有力促进了资源要素的合理流动,在各民族空间重塑、经济相依、社会互动、文化交融、心理互通等方面产生了深远的影响,推动了各民族在空间、经济、社会、文化、心理方面的全方位互嵌,培育了各区域、各民族守望相助的协作精神。新时期仍需要继续深化东西部协作,突出铸牢中华民族共同体意识的民族工作主线地位、注重国家安全战略布局、推动区域和民族联动、促进各民族交往交流交融、因地制宜发展新质生产力,持续推进各民族全方位互嵌、共生共荣,助力各民族共同实现中国式现代化,有形有感有效铸牢中华民族共同体意识。Aiming to promote communication,interaction, and integration among various ethnic groups in China and effectively forging a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation, this paper seeks to demonstrate the practice of intensifying east-west cooperation in China. The purpose of this cooperation is to promote an all-round interembedding among various ethnic peoples and foster the awareness of the Chinese national community through an analysis of counterpart support data.Results show that east-west cooperation has solved structural contradictions, such as social imbalances and inadequacies, through state-led, market-involved, and socially-supported innovative practices, effectively prompting a reasonable flow of resources. It has had a profound impact on the reconstruction of ethnic space, economic interdependence, social interaction, cultural fusion, and psychological exchanges, promoting an all-round mutual embedding of diverse ethnic groups in spatial, economic, social, cultural, and psychological dimensions, cultivating a cooperative spirit of mutual assistance between various regions and ethnic peoples.It is also found that the cooperation between the eastern and western parts of China has promoted the spatial reconstruction of ethnic distribution.The support of eastern developed areas for the economic and social development of western ethnic areas has effectively promoted population mobility,integrated habitation, and the urbanization process of various ethnic groups, forming a pattern of spatial intermingling of diverse ethnic peoples. In addition, the industrial cooperation and complementary advantages between the east and the west have enhanced the economic integration of ethnic groups. Such cooperation is not merely a simple economic transfer but also a platform for maximizing the use of elements, involving various ethnic groups and regions into the economic integration platform and achieving the economic embeddedness of different ethnic groups.
