中华民族认同的国家版图形象意义

摘　　要：领土是现代民族国家的核心构成要素之一,任何国家都不能脱离领土而存在。作为主权领土空间的符号化表征,国家版图形象作用于现代民族国家整体性特征的识别,具备作为共同体唯一的认同标识且无差别强化个体的认同感与归属感的功能。以国家版图形象充当中华民族认同界定工具,能够为中华民族认同提供视觉化认知图式、“集体空间-记忆”形塑要素、认同界定手段和中心话语传播媒介,通过突出核心性、强调联结性、框定共同体感、表达整体感等手段,为中华民族认同提供长效认同标识。可以看到,国家版图形象内嵌的认同意象,能够直接传递给中华民族成员,在维系认同的全域性凝聚结构中充任“本位”纽带。在铸牢中华民族共同体意识的过程中,以国家版图形象为着力点,通过明确“中华一体”的认同结构、塑造整体化的认同趋向、强化个体的共同体感、形塑全民一体化的认同焦点,对中华民族成员进行持续的认同塑造与想象构筑,从而使中华民族共同体化约为中华民族成员在认同与情感方面的真正归宿。Territory constitutes a core element of a modern nation-state,and no country can exist without it.National territorial image,as the visual manifestations of images like the motherland,homeland,and community,symbolize sovereign territorial space.National territorial image is widely present and used in people's value cognition,production,and life practices,playing a crucial role in maintaining national identity and guiding community cognition.Within the modern Chinese state,individuals,under the continuous influence of national territorial image,constantly exhibit common characteristics and integrate into a unified whole.As the necessary and essential dimension of Chinese national identity,shared national territorial image provides a psychological foundation for cohesion and identification,with its role in shaping Chinese national identity becoming increasingly prominent.As collective consciousness solidifies,national territorial images of different countries express their respective consciousnesses,and individuals define their own identity orientations through differentiation,demarcating the boundaries between“us”and“them”.National territorial image effectively delineates boundaries for individual identity.Using national territorial image as a tool for defining Chinese national identity can provide a visual cognitive schema,shaping elements of“collective space-memory,”means of identity definition,and a central medium for the dissemination of Chinese national identity.To maintain and define its own existence,the modern nation-state conducts horizontal territorial administrative and political-cultural integration,as well as vertical social class integration within the territorial dimension.Through these processes of integration,national territorial image is established as identifiers of the holistic characteristics of nation-states,reinforcing individuals'senses of identity and belonging as the sole non-discriminatory identity markers of the community.In the process of transcending diversity,highlighting
