摘　　要：膝骨关节炎是骨科及康复科临床中最为常见的慢性退行性疾病之一,好发于中老年人,是危害人们健康、影响生活质量的关键因素之一。临床发现温泉水疗对膝骨关节炎有较好的临床疗效,但其作用机制尚未完全明确。本文采用文献检索法,分析近年来国内外有关温泉水疗治疗膝骨关节炎的相关研究文献,对温泉水疗法治疗膝骨关节炎的作用机制进行总结、分析,并提出展望。目前温泉水疗的应用较为广泛,不仅是利用温泉水疗自身的温度、矿物质及水的特性等作用机制,还结合中药浴、电疗等方式对膝骨关节炎进行综合性治疗。本文主要通过温泉水疗的理化性质对其展开调查分析,有助于完善膝骨关节炎的治疗方案、提高临床疗效,为温泉水疗在膝骨关节疾病中的应用提供临床诊疗思路,促进温泉水疗在康复领域中的应用,提高膝骨关节疾病的治疗效果。Knee osteoarthritis is one of the most common chronic degenerative diseases in orthopedics and rehabilitation clinical practice,which is more common in middle-aged and elderly people.It is one of the key factors that endanger people's health and affect their quality of life.Clinically,it has been found that hot spring hydrotherapy has good clinical efficacy in treating knee osteoarthritis,but its mechanism of action is not fully understood.This article uses literature search method to analyze the relevant research literature on hot spring hydrotherapy for treating knee osteoarthritis at home and abroad in recent years.The mechanism of hot spring hydrotherapy for treating knee osteoarthritis is summarized and analyzed,and prospects are proposed.At present,the application of hot spring hydrotherapy is quite extensive.It not only utilizes the temperature,mineral and water characteristics of hot spring hydrotherapy itself,but also combines traditional Chinese medicine baths,electrotherapy and other methods to provide comprehensive treatment for knee osteoarthritis.This article mainly investigates and analyzes the physical and chemical properties of hot spring hydrotherapy,which helps to improve the treatment plan for knee osteoarthritis,enhance clinical efficacy,provide clinical diagnosis and treatment ideas for the application of hot spring hydrotherapy in knee osteoarthritis,promote the application of hot spring hydrotherapy in the field of rehabilitation,and improve the treatment effect of knee osteoarthritis.
