摘　　要：目的探讨软组织平衡技术治疗颈源性头痛的临床疗效。方法60例颈源性头痛患者,按随机数字表分为常规治疗组和治疗组,每组30例。常规治疗组采用常规推拿治疗,治疗组采用软组织平衡技术治疗;比较两组患者治疗4周及随访3个月的治愈率及有效率。结果两组患者治疗4周,均对颈源性头痛有一定疗效,常规治疗组与治疗组治愈率分别为50.00%(15/30)和80.00%(24/30),有效率分别为73.33%(22/30)和100%(30/30);两组治愈率与有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05);随访3个月后重新评估疗效,常规治疗组与治疗组治愈率分别为36.00%(9/25)和84.62%(22/26),有效率分别为56.00%(14/25)和92.31%(24/26);两组治愈率与有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论软组织平衡技术能够明显改善颈源性头痛的症状,增加患者的自信心,提高患者的主动健康意识,避免复发。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of soft tissue balance technique in the treatment of cervicogenic headache.Methods Sixty patients with cervicogenic headache were randomly divided into a conventional treatment group and a treatment group using a random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The conventional treatment group received conventional massage treatment,while the treatment group received soft tissue balance technique treatment;The cure rate and effective rate of the two groups were compared after 4 weeks of treatment and 3 months of follow-up.Results Two groups of patients were treated for 4 weeks,and both treatment methods had certain therapeutic effects on cervicogenic headache.The cure rates of the conventional treatment group and the treatment group were 50.00%(15/30)and 80.00%(24/30),respectively,with efficacy rates of 73.33%(22/30)and 100%(30/30);The difference in cure rate and efficacy rate between the two groups was statistically significant(both P<0.05);After a follow-up of 3 months,the efficacy was re-evaluated.The cure rates of the conventional treatment group and the treatment group were 36.00%(9/25)and 84.62%(22/26),respectively,with efficacy rates of 56.00%(14/25)and 92.31%(24/26);The difference in cure rate and efficacy rate between the two groups was statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion Soft tissue balance technology can significantly improve the symptoms of cervicogenic headache,increase patient confidence,enhance their proactive health awareness,and avoid recurrence.
