摘 要:目的分析飞行员腰腹屈伸肌群等速肌力与功能性动作筛查(FMS)结果,并对两者进行相关性分析,为飞行员腰部肌力训练和预防腰部损伤提供参考依据。方法根据入院顺序选取2023年1月至12月来某疗养中心疗养的轰炸机及运输机机型的男性飞行员88名,分别在60°/s、180°/s角速度条件下,采用Isomed 2000等速肌力测试系统测定其腰腹屈伸肌群的肌力;采用功能性动作筛查套件进行FMS动作筛查。比较不同角速度条件下,腰腹屈伸肌群峰力矩、相对峰力矩情况以及腰腹屈伸肌群等速肌力与FMS之间的相关性分析。结果相同角速度下,飞行员腰腹伸肌群的峰力矩和相对峰力矩大于屈肌群(t=6.49~9.44,P<0.001);腰腹屈伸肌群的峰力矩、相对峰力矩均随着测试角速度的增加而减小(t=16.83~17.00,P<0.001)。FMS总平均得分为(16.69±2.68)分。飞行员腰腹屈伸肌群等速肌肉力量与FMS结果之间呈相关关系。在角速度60°/s下飞行员腰腹屈伸肌群肌力与直线弓步蹲呈正相关(r=0.254,P=0.017;r=0.266,P=0.012);在角速度180°/s下飞行员腰腹屈伸肌群肌力与跨栏步呈正相关(r=0.324,P=0.002;r=0.233,P=0.029);在角速度180°/s下飞行员腰腹屈伸肌群肌力与直线弓步蹲呈正相关(r=0.226,P=0.035;r=0.303,P=0.004);在角速度180°/s下飞行员腰腹屈肌群肌力与躯干稳定性俯卧撑呈正相关(r=0.225,P=0.035);在角速度180°/s下飞行员腰腹屈伸肌群肌力与旋转稳定性呈正相关(r=0.257,P=0.016;r=0.255,P=0.016)。结论飞行员应进行针对性的腰腹屈伸肌群的力量训练,飞行员腰腹屈伸肌群等速肌力与FMS呈正相关,FMS筛查对腰腹核心肌群的力量弱引发的运动损伤风险表现不敏感。Objective To analyze the data of isokinetic muscle strength and functional movement screening(FMS)of lumbar and abdominal flexion and extension muscle groups in pilots and their correlation,thus providing references for improving trunk muscle strength training and preventing lumbar injuries in pilots.Methods A total of 88 male pilots of bombers and transport planes who admitted in a convalesce center from January to December 2023 were randomly selected according to the admission order.Their trunk flexor and extensor muscle strengths were measured using the Isomed 2000 isokinetic muscle strength testing system at angular velocities of 60°/s and 180°/s.FMS was performed using the FMS motion screening kit.The peak torque and relative peak torque of the trunk flexor and extensor muscles under different angular velocities were compared.The correlation between the isokinetic muscle strength of the trunk flexor and extensor muscles and FMS was analyzed.Results At the same angular velocity,the peak torque and relative peak torque of the trunk extensor muscles in pilots were significantly greater than those of the flexor muscles(t=6.49-9.44,P<0.001).The peak torque and relative peak torque of the trunk flexor and extensor muscles significantly decreased with the increased test angular velocity(t=16.83-17.00,P<0.001).The FMS total average score was(16.69±2.68).The isokinetic muscle strength of the trunk flexor and extensor muscles in pilots was correlated with the FMS results.At an angular velocity of 60°/s,the muscle strength of the trunk flexor and extensor muscles in pilots was positively correlated with the deep squat(r=0.254,P=0.017;r=0.266,P=0.012).At an angular velocity of 180°/s,the muscle strength of the trunk flexor and extensor muscles in pilots was positively correlated with the hurdle step(r=0.324,P=0.002;r=0.233,P=0.029).At an angular velocity of 180°/s,the muscle strength of the trunk flexor and extensor muscles in pilots was positively correlated with the deep squat(r=0.226,P=0.035;r=0.303,P=0.004).At
