骑马器结合常规康复改善痉挛型脑瘫患儿骨盆分离运动的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探究骑马器结合常规康复改善痉挛型脑瘫患儿骨盆分离运动的疗效。方法本研究选择西安中医脑病医院收治的94例痉挛型脑瘫患儿,按照随机数字表将患儿分为对照组和研究组,每组各47例。对照组患儿接受常规康复治疗,研究组在此基础上结合骑马器治疗,整个治疗周期为12周。使用骨盆主动倾斜活动度、粗大运动功能测试量表(gross motor function measure,GMFM)和临床疗效评价对两组患儿进行评估,并将评估数据进行统计学分析。结果治疗后,两组患儿骨盆主动倾斜活动度均有提高,且研究组患儿骨盆主动倾斜活动度较对照组显著改善,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组的GMFM评分均有提高,且研究组评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗总有效率为85.12%,高于对照组63.80%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论骑马器结合常规康复能有效改善痉挛型脑瘫患儿的临床症状,提高骨盆分离控制能力,增强下肢运动功能。Objective To investigate the efficacy of riding apparatus combined with routine rehabilitation on improving the pelvic separation movement of children with spastic cerebral palsy.Methods In this study,94 children with spastic cerebral palsy admitted to Xi'an TCM Hospital of Encephalopathy were randomly divided into the control group and research group,with 47 children in each group.Children in the control group received conventional rehabilitation therapy,and those in the research group were treated with conventional rehabilitation therapy plus riding apparatus device therapy.The whole treatment cycle was 12 weeks.Pelvic active tilt mobility,and the Gross Motor Function Measure(GMFM)were used to assess the clinical efficacy.Data were statistically analyzed.Results After treatment,the active pelvic tilt mobility of the children in the both groups improved,which was significantly better in the research group than the control group(P<0.05).The GMFM scores of the both groups improved,and the scores of the research group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate was significantly higher in the research group than the control group(85.12%VS 63.80%,P<0.05).Conclusion Riding apparatus combined with routine rehabilitation can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,pelvic separation control and motor function of the lower limbs in children with spastic cerebral palsy.
