新编八段锦联合自拟降脂茶治疗痰湿内阻型高脂血症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨新编八段锦联合自拟降脂茶在痰湿内阻型高脂血症(HLP)中的疗效。方法选择南昌市洪都中医院2021年4月至2023年5月收治的HLP患者,按随机数字表将80例分为两组,各40例。两组均予以常规治疗。对照组予以阿托伐他汀钙片,研究组予以新编八段锦联合自拟降脂茶,两组均连续治疗12周。对比两组临床疗效、血脂指标[总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)]、体质指数以及应用安全性。结果研究组临床总有效率95.00%高于对照组80.00%(P<0.05);研究组治疗后TC、TG、LDL-C水平分别为(5.33±0.77)mmol/L、(1.76±0.44)mmol/L、(1.88±0.47)mmol/L均低于对照组的(5.82±1.02)mmol/L、(2.77±0.54)mmol/L、(2.56±0.67)mmol/L,HDL-C水平为(1.52±0.28)mmol/L,高于对照组的(1.24±0.26)mmol/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗后体质指数水平为(23.19±2.42)kg/m2,低于对照组的(24.88±2.60)kg/m2,差异无统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率相近(P>0.05)。结论新编八段锦联合自拟降脂茶在痰湿内阻型HLP中疗效显著,可有效改善患者血脂,减轻体质指数,且具有较好的应用安全性。Objective To investigate the curative effect of newly prepared Baduanjin combined with self-prepared lipid lowering tea on phlegm-dampness internal obstruction type hyperlipidemia(HLP).Methods A total of 80 HLP patients admitted to Hongdu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Nanchang City from April 2021 to May 2023 were divided into two groups with 40 cases each according to a random number table.Both groups were given conventional treatment.The control group was given Atorvastatin Calcium tablets,and the study group was given newly prepared Baduanjin combined with self-prepared lipid lowering tea.Both groups were treated continuously for 12 weeks.The clinical efficacy,blood lipid indexes(total cholesterol[TC],triglyceride[TG],high density lipoprotein cholesterol[HDL-C],low density lipoprotein cholesterol[LDL-C]),body mass index and application safety of the two groups were compared.Results The total clinical effective rate of the study group was 95.00%higher than that of the control group 80.00%(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of TC,TG and LDL-C in the study group were(5.33±0.77)mmol/L,(1.76±0.44)mmol/L and(1.88±0.47)mmol/L,respectively,which were lower than those in the control group(5.82±1.02)mmol/L,(2.77±0.54)mmol/L and(2.56±0.67)mmol/L.HDL-C level was(1.52±0.28)mmol/L,higher than that of the control group(1.24±0.26)mmol/L,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The body mass index of the study group after treatment was(23.19±2.42)kg/m2,which was lower than that of the control group(24.88±2.60)kg/m2,and the difference was not statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was similar between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The newly prepared Baduanjin combined with the self-prepared lipid lowering tea has a significant effect on HLP of the phlegm-dampness internal obstruction type,which can effectively improve the blood lipid and reduce the body mass index of patients,and has good application security.
