摘　　要：水疗具有悠久的历史,水作为一类药物在《本草纲目》中有专门记载。科学发展到今天,水疗的概念与我国医药巨典相关记载进行对照,有了创新发展,同时也有所遗失。本文查阅《本草纲目·水部》并梳理现代医学领域对其中水药治病理论的解读与研究的文献,溯源水疗从先秦开始到被收录入《本草纲目》并影响世界医学的研究历史,以《本草纲目·水部》之“水之环境”“水之效用”和“水之使用”为研究视角,对目前国内外水疗防治疾病的研究现状进行总结归纳,在充分肯定国内外发展现代水疗相关科学研究成果的同时,以《本草纲目·水部》为鉴,紧密结合当代人类健康所需,发现今后需进一步拓展的研究方向,为推动水疗防治疾病的研究和实践提供理论参考。Hydrotherapy has a long history,and water as a category of medicine is specially recorded in Compendium of Materia Medica.With the development of science to today,the concept of hydrotherapy is compared with the relevant records of China's medical classics,and there has been innovative development,but also some loss.This paper refers to the Compendium of Materia Medica·Water Part and combs the literature on the interpretation and research of the theory of water-based medicine in the modern medical field,tracing the research history of hydrotherapy from the pre-Qin Dynasty to its inclusion in Compendium of Materia Medica·Water Part influencing the world medicine,taking"water environment","water utility"and"water use"in Compendium of Materia Medica·Water Part as the research perspective.This paper summarizes the current research status of hydrotherapy prevention and treatment of diseases at home and abroad,fully affirms the achievements of modern hydrotherapy-related scientific research at home and abroad,takes Compendium of Materia Medica·Water Part as a reference,closely combines with contemporary human health needs,and finds out the research direction that needs to be further expanded in the future,providing theoretical reference for promoting the research and practice of hydrotherapy prevention and treatment of diseases.
