摘  要:膝关节单髁置换术(unicompartmental knee arthroplasty,UKA)作为“保膝”理念中重要的手术方式,随着手术技术的进步、患者年轻化及健康观念的转变,受到越来越多的重视。目前,关于UKA术后效果的评估,以影像学和相关评分量表为主,生物力学方面研究相对较少。步态分析通过各种设备采集人体行走过程中的相关生物力学参数并进行分析,其作为一种客观性、量化性的评估方法,在有关人体运动生物力学分析的研究中开展广泛且有效。本文将综述步态分析在UKA中的应用,力求为UKA临床疗效的评估、评价不同手术方案以及术后康复计划提供支持和基础理论依据;并为步态分析技术在补充临床疗效评估、完善治疗计划,为临床决策提供更多策略提供借鉴。Unicompartmental knee arthroplasty(UKA),as an important surgical method in the concept of"knee preservation",has received more and more attention with the progress of surgical technology,the younger patients and the change of health concept.At present,the evaluation of the postoperative effect of UKA is mainly based on imaging and related rating scales,and there are relatively few studies on biomechanics.Gait analysis collects and analyzes the relevant biomechanical parameters during human walking by various devices.As an objective and quantitative evaluation method,gait analysis has been widely and effectively carried out in the research on the biomechanical analysis of human movement.This article will review the gait analysis in the application of UKA,strive for UKA clinical curative effect evaluation,evaluation of different surgery and postoperative rehabilitation program to provide support and basic theory.It also provides a reference for gait analysis technology to supplement clinical efficacy evaluation,improve treatment planning,and provide more strategies for clinical decision making.
