摘 要:皮肤是人体与外界环境之间的天然屏障。当皮肤破损时,敷料可以覆盖创面,促进愈合。壳聚糖广泛用于伤口敷料的制备,具备止血、抗菌、生物相容性好、生物降解性佳的特点,是理想的创面修复材料。笔者综述壳聚糖及其衍生物在止血、抗菌、促进愈合、减少瘢痕方面可能的作用机制,明确其作为伤口敷料的有效性及优越性。同时,笔者总结壳聚糖敷料仍存在溶解度低、机械强度差等局限性,未来的改进方向包括通过物理、化学改性改善其溶解度,以及与其他纳米材料复合增加机械强度。总之,本综述为壳聚糖在伤口敷料开发及潜在临床转化研究提供了理论参考。The skin is a natural barrier between the human body and the outside environment.When the skin is broken,dressings can cover the wound and promote healing.Chitosan is widely used in the manufacture of wound dressings and has hemostasis,antibacterial,good biocompatibility and biodegradability properties,making it an ideal wound repair material.The authors review the possible mechanisms of action of chitosan and its derivatives in hemostasis,antibacterial,healing and scarring,and clarify its efficacy and superiority as a wound dressing.At the same time,the author concludes that chitosan dressings still have the limitations of low solubility and poor mechanical strength,and future improvement directions include improving their solubility through physical and chemical modification,and compounding with other nanomaterials to increase mechanical strength.In conclusion,this review provides a theoretical reference for chitosan in wound dressing development and potential clinical translational research.
