摘　　要：本文研讨企业如何创建引领和驱动质量效益型发展的质量文化和质量战略,并重点阐述实施质量效益型发展的三条路径,包括:提升质量功能特性,推动产品和服务质量的转型升级,获取高质量收益:勘探不良质量损失之“金矿”并持续挖掘;应用价值工程方法,权衡优化质量功能和成本,追求最佳盈利。本文旨在为企业推进质量效益型发展提供从理念、方法到实践落地的系统思路及对策。This paper discusses how to create the quality culture and quality strategy that lead and drive the quality benefit-oriented development of enterprises,and focuses on three paths to implement the quality benefit-oriented development,including:improving the quality function characteristics,promoting the transformation and upgrading of product and service quality,and obtaining high quality income;explore the"gold mine"of poor quality loss and continue to dig;apply value engineering methods to optimize quality functions and costs in pursuit of optimal profitability.This paper aims to provide systematic ideas and countermeasures from concept,method to practice for enterprises to promote the quality-benefit oriented development.
