摘　　要：本文立足卷烟制造企业质量管理数字化研究,对数字化质量管理创新方式、方法和机制等进行探索。从质量控制体系基本框架出发,项目将质量形成过程中的质量目标、质量职责、质量活动、质量控制点等内容,利用信息技术和先进控制进行结构化和数字化表征,构建了以数据为核心的卷烟制造数字化质量管理新模式,搭建了质量管理数字化管控平台,同时创新开展质量数据赋能应用场景,并在多个领域实现了落地应用,有效地推动了基于数字化的“全员、全要素、全过程、全数据”的新型质量管理体系应用,为卷烟制造行业质量管理数字化提供了参考和经验借鉴。This project focuses on the study of digital quality management in tobacco manufacturing enterprises,exploring innovative ways,methods,and mechanisms for digital quality management.Starting from the basic framework of the quality control system,the project uses information technology and advanced control to structure and digitally represent the quality targets,quality responsibilities,quality activities,and quality control points in the quality formation process.It has built a new digital quality management model for cigarette manufacturing centered on data,and established a digital quality management control platform.Additionally,it has innovatively launched quality data empowerment applications in various fields and achieved successful implementation,effectively promoting the application of the"full-staff,full-factor,full-process,full-data"new type of quality management system based on digitalization.This project provides reference and experience for the digitalization of quality management in the cigarette manufacturing industry.
