摘 要:夏季温室育苗容易出现徒长现象,为了探究优质高效的夏季快菜育苗方式,以快菜为试材,在不同设施内并施用植物生长延缓剂比久(N-二甲胺基琥珀酰胺)育苗,分析不同的环境因子和比久对快菜生长和品质的影响。结果表明,与正常温室育苗相比,植物工厂培育的快菜苗期茎叶粗壮,叶片宽大,将其培育成快菜成株后,能增加叶长、叶柄长、叶宽和叶片数,光合能力显著增强,快菜的可溶性糖、维生素C、可溶性蛋白和纤维素含量分别较温室显著提高了5.69%、8.60%、27.22%和22.96%;喷施比久能显著提高温室徒长苗的光合能力和根系活力,净光合速率和根系活力分别较温室对照提高了12.99%和33.08%。综上,植物工厂是夏季培育优质快菜苗的适宜场所,比久对快菜苗徒长具有良好的抑制效果。Summer greenhouse seedlings of Brassica rapa are prone to spindling,which negatively impacts their quality.To explore efficient methods for cultivating high-quality Brassica rapa seedlings during summer,this study investigated the effects of plant growth retardant B9(N-dimethylaminosuccinimide)and environmental factors in different cultivation models.The results showed that Brassica rapa seedlings grown in plant factories developed thicker stems,broader leaves,and enhanced morphological traits,including leaf length,petiole length,leaf width,and leaf number.Photosynthetic capacity was significantly improved,alongside higher content of soluble sugar,vitamin C,soluble protein,and cellulose,which were greater by 5.69%,8.60%,27.22%,and 22.96%,respectively,compared to greenhouse-grown seedlings.Addi-tionally,spraying B9 effectively mitigated spindling in greenhouse-grown seedlings,significantly enhancing photosynthet-ic capacity and root growth.Compared to the greenhouse control,net photosynthetic rate and root vigor increased by 12.99%and 33.08%,respectively.In conclusion,plant factories provide an optimal environment for cultivating high-quality Brassica rapa seedlings during summer,while B9 effectively inhibits spindling and promotes robust seedling development.
