摘  要:云芥1号采用集团与系谱法相结合选育而成,是以大扁秆青菜(2006530629018)为母本、大青菜(2008532932028)为父本选育的F1代杂交种播种后混收的F2代,再经4 a(年)8代选育出的聚合优异性状的高代自交系。该品种在云南秋季栽培全生育期为60~80 d,生长势强,株高60~80 cm,株幅65~70 cm,分蘖性强,叶型板叶,叶阔椭圆形,半直立,叶面皱缩,叶面蜡粉少,叶缘全缘,浅绿色,叶柄白绿色,中肋宽厚,叶球半包,单株质量2.27 kg,667 m^(2)产量10 000~11 000 kg。对根肿病免疫,高抗病毒病、霜霉病、白锈病。叶片蛋白质含量(w,后同)0.84 g·100 g^(-1)、可溶性糖含量2.1%、粗纤维含量0.6%、维生素C含量5.51 mg·100 g^(-1)、维生素B2含量0.05 mg·100 g^(-1)、钾含量265 mg·kg^(-1)、钙含量1.09×10^(3)mg·kg^(-1)、镁含量110 mg·kg^(-1)、铁含量3.2 mg·kg^(-1)。该品种适宜在云南省大理州、文山州、曲靖市、昭通市海拔1200~2000 m生态相似地区秋季种植。2021年通过云南省种子管理站非主要农作物品种登记。Yunjie No.1 is bred by combining the group and pedigree methods.It is F1 hybrid with big flat-stemmed green mustard(2006530629018)as the female parent and big green mustard(2008532932028)as the male parent.The F2 gen-eration is harvested after sowing,and then through four years and eight generations of selection,a conventional variety with aggregated superior traits is selected.In autumn cultivation,the whole growth period is 60 to 80 days in Yunnan prov-ince.It has strong growth potential,with plant height of 60-80 cm and plant width of 65-70 cm.It has strong tillering abili-ty.The leaf type is broad elliptic,with broad oval leaves,semi-erect,wrinkled leaf surface,less wax powder on the leaf surface,entire leaf margin,light green color,white-green petiole,wide and thick midrib,and half-wrapped leaf ball.The single plant mass is 2.27 kg,and 667 m^(2) yield is 10000-11000 kg.This variety is immune to clubroot disease and highly resistant to virus diseases,downy mildew and white rust.In the leaves,the protein content is 0.84 g·100 g^(-1),the soluble sugar content is 2.1%,the crude fiber content is 0.6%,the vitamin C content is 5.51 mg·100 g^(-1),the vitamin B2 content is 0.05 mg·100 g^(-1),K,Ca,Mg,Fe content is 265,1.09×10^(3),110,3.2 mg·kg^(-1),respectively.This variety is suitable for autumn planting in areas with similar ecologies such as Dali prefecture,Wenshan prefecture,Qujing city,and Zhaotong city in Yunnan province at an altitude of 1200 to 2000 m.
