振动台基础大体积混凝土温度测控及数据分析

摘  要:大体积混凝土温度测控是控制基础温度裂缝产生的关键。以某实验室振动台基础为依托,通过对大体积混凝土进行温度测控及数据分析,总结各测点温度场分布规律。研究结果表明,在混凝土浇筑完成后,在2~3 d内,温度达到最高点,此后温度缓慢下降;平面温度场分布方面,各测点呈中间高、两边低特点;竖向温度场分布方面,中层混凝土温度值最高,以中心位置对称轴呈递减趋势,上表面点的温度变化波动较大。分层浇筑需考虑下层表面混凝土的约束,尽可能延长养护时间,冬季尤其注意表面保温。大体积混凝土表里温差及降温速率温度场分布还需进一步研究。Temperature monitoring and control of mass concrete is the key to controlling the occurrence of temperature cracks in the foundation.Based on the shaking table foundation of a certain laboratory,through temperature monitoring,control and data analysis of mass concrete,the distribution law of the temperature field at each measuring point is summarized.The results show that after the concrete pouring is completed,the temperature reaches its peak within 2-3 days,and then the temperature gradually decreases.In terms of the planar temperature field distribution,the temperature at each measuring point is higher in the middle and lower on both sides.In terms of the vertical temperature field distribution,the temperature value of the middle-layer concrete is the highest,showing a decreasing trend symmetrically with the central position as the axis of symmetry,and the temperature change of the points on the upper surface fluctuates greatly.When pouring in layers,the restraint of the concrete on the lower surface should be considered,and the curing time should be extended as much as possible.Special attention should be paid to surface heat preservation in winter.Further research is still needed on the distribution of the temperature difference between the inside and outside of mass concrete,the cooling rate and the temperature field.
