摘 要:在填土项目施工中,压实度检测是衡量工程现场施工的重要参数,需通过在试验室内做出不同的击实功,分别锤击不同含水量的土样,测定相应的干容重,从而求得最大干容重和最优含水量,为填土工程施工提供依据。为满足复杂施工环境下的需求,主要研究土工击实试验的基本方法,并分析了影响土工击实试验结果的主要因素,包括土壤的含水率、击实设备类型、不良的粒径级配以及土样制备方法。最后结合试验数据和现场实际情况,提出了相应的影响因素控制措施,实现了击实试验的优化控制,为填土工程确定干密度和含水量提供科学的参考依据。In the construction of earth-filling projects,compaction degree detection is an important parameter for measuring on-site construction.It is necessary to make different compaction efforts in the laboratory,hammer soil samples with different water contents respectively,and measure the corresponding dry unit weight,so as to obtain the maximum dry unit weight and the optimal water content and provide a basis for the construction of earth-filling projects.To meet the needs of complex construction environments,this paper mainly studies the basic methods of the geotechnical compaction test and analyzes the main factors that affect the results of the geotechnical compaction test,including the soil moisture content,the type of compaction equipment,poor particle-size distribution,and soil sample preparation methods.Finally,combined with the test data and the actual situation on-site,corresponding control measures for the influencing factors are proposed to achieve the optimal control of the compaction test and provide a reference basis for determining the dry density and water content of earth-filling projects.
